INDIANAPOLIS — The results are in and Indiana remains behind the national averages in terms of diversity. The 2019 statistics from the United States Census Bureau tell a story that many have ignored. Following an incident in February between the Indiana Black Legislative Caucus and other members of the Indiana State Senate, the conversation regarding diversity is louder than ever.
